We will send out shortly detailed directions on those needing to pick up hard checks tomorrow. Please make sure to do direct deposit if you have not done so it is important to everyone, especially with the current COVID-19 Outbreak.
Effective March 19, 2020 until further notice, the ME Main Office will no longer be open.

Once we receive your request any issue that requires remote hands-on support will be handled through rhelp.umd.edu – a service that will allow us to remote into your computer and take care of any software needs or issues.
If your issue would best be served with a real time chat, we will message you via teams.webex.com. Webex Teams will allow us to share files, photos, links and more in real time to get you up and running as quickly as possible. And from there, if we need to, we can initiate a video chat using Webex Meetings.
Finally, for any issue that requires a physical presence, our teammate Aman will be able to assist you. He is very knowledgeable and should be able to resolve any issue quickly. And we will be on hand for guidance, if necessary.
