Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering Human Resources office. Our office assists faculty and staff with all of the forms and information you need to get you started or keep you going with your employment needs in Mechanical Engineering.

Because of heavy demands within the MEHR Payroll Office, the HR Team highly recommends all existing Faculty and Staff send in hiring requests well in advance of the desired employment start date. Hiring requests are to be submitted for any type of appointment, paid or non-paid.

Walk-in Hours

Friday only starting at 9:00am to 11:30am or 1:30pm to 4:30pm.

  • An appointment is always recommended, even during Walk-In Hours, to minimize your wait time. 
  • If you are completing new hire paperwork you MUST attend one of the New Hire Orientations.
