To take this class online, please follow the instructions below.
Employees funded by National Science Foundation (NSF) accounts are required to take training on Responsible Conduct in Research (RCR). Currently there are no classroom sessions for the trainingso you will need to complete this free training online. Please take this training as soon as possible.
- Log on to: https://www.citiprogram.org/ to complete the training.
- You may click on the link to “register” in the top right-hand corner or click on the grey button that says register on the right hand side of the screen. Under Organization Affiliation select University of Maryland College Park
- You will be able to create your own user name and password as this is not linked to your UMD ID. Be sure to select University of Maryland College Park as your institution and select the track that is most appropriate for the research you are conducting.
- If you cannot complete the training in one sitting, you can save and finish at a later time (You can stop and start as many times as you need).
When you complete the training, please upload your certificate below so so we can update your payroll record showing that you have indeed completed RCR training. If you have already completed the training, please upload your certificate of completion so we can update your payroll record.
