- Check this Google calendar for conflicts with other activities in the Department.
- Check this calendar for conflicts with other activities in the College.
- Reserve a room in the Department using Robin.
- Add the event to the Department and College websites by clicking “Submit an Event” here. Include all details, and check the boxes of the websites where you would like the event to be published.
- Email Nick Thompson (email@example.com) and Kristen Byers (firstname.lastname@example.org) to confirm that they will approve the event submission on the webpages for which they are administrators.
- Email email@example.com to request a flyer. Be sure to share all relevant details, including:
- Lecture title
- Speaker name
- Speaker biography
- Speaker picture
7. Once flyer is received, email Nick Thompson (firstname.lastname@example.org) to disseminate the flyer to relevant audiences via email.
